Cran-Orange Float Vodka Dessert
- 1 3oz. package of orange Jello
- 1 3 oz. package of cranberry Jello
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup of peach schnapps
- 3/4 cup of Cristall® vodka
Directions:
Dissolve Orange Jello and Cranberry Jello into 2 cups of boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water, 3/4 cup of peach schnapps and 3/4 cup of Cristall® vodka. Stir well and let cool.
While the Jello mixture is cooling, we are going to take Naval oranges and cut each orange in half lengthwise.
Using a spoon, core out the inside of the orange, leaving just the orange shell. Place the orange shells, peel side down in a muffin pan. Pour the above Jello mixture into the orange shells until the liquid reaches the top.
Place in the refrigerator until Jello hardens. When ready to serve, cut the orange halves into wedges.
Plate and serve.
