Lemony Blue Wedge Vodka Dessert

• 1 cup of boiling water
• 1 3 oz. package of Lemon Jello
• 1/2 cup of Cristall® vodka
• 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao
• Lemons

Directions:

Dissolve Lemon Jello into 1 cup of boiling water.

Add 1/4 cup of cold water, 1/2 cup of Cristall® vodka and 1/4 cup of Blue Curacao.

Stir well and let cool.

While the Jello mixture is cooling, take some fresh large lemons.  Cut the lemons in half lengthwise.  Using a spoon, core out the inside of the lemon, leaving just the lemon shell.  Place the lemon shells, peel side down in a muffin pan.  Pour the above Jello mixture into the lemon shells until the liquid reaches the top.  Place in the refrigerator until Jello hardens.  When ready to serve, cut the lemon halves into wedges.  Sprinkle sugar on top. Plate and serve.
