Watery Melon Vodka Dessert

• 1 small watermelon
• 3 - 3 oz. packages cherry Jello or watermelon Jello
• 1 1/2 cup Cristall® vodka
• 2 cups boiling water
• Chocolate syrup

Directions:

Dissolve the cherry or watermelon Jello into 2 cups boiling water.  Add 1 1/2 cup Cristall® vodka.  Stir well and let cool.

While the Jello mixture is cooling, we are going to take a small watermelon and cut in half lengthwise.  Using a spoon, core out the inside of the watermelon, leaving just the watermelon shell.  Place the watermelon shells onto a tin pan, shell side down.  Pour the above Jello mixture into the watermelon shells until the liquid reaches the top.  Place in the refrigerator until Jello hardens.

When ready to serve, cut the watermelon halves into wedges. Drizzle chocolate syrup over wedges.  Plate and serve.
