Bruschetta Cristall® Recipe
5 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoon of butter
7 plum tomatoes, finely chopped
2 small scallions, finely chopped
5 tablespoons of black olives, chopped
5 tablespoons of green olives, chopped
1/2 cup of fresh basil, chopped
5 tablespoons of Cristall® vodka
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
Fresh Grated parmesan cheese
1 fresh French baguette, cut into slices
Directions:
Combine in a large mixing bowl:
2 tablespoons of olive oil with the chopped tomatoes, scallions, black olives, green olives, fresh basil, Cristall® vodka, salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate.
Fry baguette slices lightly on both sides in 3 tablespoons of olive oil, butter and minced garlic until golden brown. Top slices of fried baguette with bruschetta mixture. Top each slice with grated cheese.
